Originally from Cuba, Lucia relocated to Miami at the age of 13 and has called the Aventura–Sunny Isles area home ever since. Her deep roots in the community, combined with a strong foundation in commercial property management, uniquely position her to understand the local market and serve clients with authenticity and insight.

With experience spanning Class A office buildings, medical properties, and high-level operations, Lucia has seamlessly transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage. She specializes in leasing and sales across Miami-Dade and Broward counties, offering clients a strategic, hands-on approach to every transaction. Lucia has a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate—from operations and tenant relations to leasing, sales, and investment strategy. Her previous roles included overseeing nearly 1 million square feet of Class A assets, managing budgets, coordinating CapEx projects, and facilitating successful lease negotiations and tenant retention strategies.

She also brings a background in customer service, staffing, and executive-level support, which informs her strong interpersonal skills and client-first approach. Lucia is a Florida Notary Public and holds an Associate of Arts in Biology from Miami Dade College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a Minor in Business from Florida International University.
