CASA MARIANA - 475 SW 7 ST

Delivered in 2021, Casa Mariana, named after Mariana Grajales Cuello, a Cuban patriot, icon of women’s struggle for equality and the end of slavery, and the fight for the independence of Cuba from colonialism.  The four story building, situated on the border of Brickell and Little Havana, provides high quality housing for 28 residents.  The wonderfully designed, furnished, appointed and affordable building caters to a youthful creative class and young professional demographic, and adds to the energy and vibrancy of its surrounding neighborhood.

CASA MARTI - 542 SW 7 ST. 

Delivered in 2022, Casa Marti honors Jose Marti, Cuba’s poet laureate, philosopher, guiding freedom fighter, and veritable patron saint.  The three story building, situated on the border of Brickell and Little Havana, provides high quality housing for 33 residents.  The wonderfully designed, furnished, appointed and affordable building caters to a youthful creative class and young professional demographic, and adds to the energy and vibrancy of its surrounding neighborhood.

CASA CELIA - 633 SW 14 AV.

Delivery in Q3 of 2023. Casa Celia is named after Celia Cruz, “La Guarachera de Cuba” and “Queen of Salsa”, and without a doubt one of the culture’s most prominent cultural icons.  This five story building will house 66 residents, as well as ground floor retail spaces.  Its location in the Little Havana Entertainment District, and prominent rooftop activated common areas, will do justice to the building namesake’s infectious energy.  The wonderfully designed, furnished, appointed and affordable building caters to a youthful creative class and young professional demographic, and adds to the energy and vibrancy of its surrounding neighborhood.

CASA ALMENDARES - 630 SW 7 AV.

Delivery in Q3 of 2023. Casa Almendares is named after one of the historic neighborhoods of Havana, Cuba.  This three story building will house 33 residents, in a high quality yes affordable building.  The wonderfully designed, furnished, appointed and affordable building caters to a youthful creative class and young professional demographic, and adds to the energy and vibrancy of its surrounding neighborhood.

 

 

 

BROWNSVILLE CORNERS - 54 ST & NW 27 AVE.

Delivery in 2024, Brownsville Corners/Casa Cabaiguan is a mixed-use building with a full service supermarket on the ground floor, and three floors of apartments above.  The project will deliver a brand new supermarket to an area that is currently a food desert, as well as providing high quality affordable housing to the area which badly is in need of it.  The location is directly adjacent to a metro-rail station, making it transit oriented; and is at the intersection of nw 54 st and nw 27 ave, two major thoroughfares, and placing the property at the nexus point of important neighborhoods such as Hialeah and Liberty City.

1158 CASA - 1158 NW 6 ST.

Delivery in Q1 of 2024, 17 units in Little Havana, fronting the SLAM school. 

This project is intended to provide high quality, newly built, tastefully appointed, yet affordably priced units geared to housing teachers and young families affiliated with the nearby school.
