Carlos Fausto Miranda is the founder and Broker of Fausto Commercial.
Fausto is a born and raised Miamian, born to a Cuban father and Italian mother. His deep love for his hometown is apparent in everything he does. One of his greatest prides is in seeing his city’s development from a once resort town, to a true Global metropolis, and the role he can play in guiding its growth and being a custodian of its special character.
Fausto’s passion for the built environment came at an early age, beginning with a general love for cities and urban planning and evolving into his understanding of real estate as the ultimate backdrop of all human activity, and by extension a fascination of how urban environments shape our lives. This passion drove him to establish Fausto Commercial, a company dedicated to transforming Miami’s commercial real estate market.
Under his leadership, Fausto Commercial has achieved extraordinary success. The company has facilitated over $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions and become the dominant listing company in most of the markets it operates in, showcasing the firm’s exceptional ability to navigate and thrive in a competitive industry. Beyond brokerage, Fausto has expanded his expertise to include amassing a substantial commercial real estate portfolio in the markets the firm operates in, as well as developing several ground-up projects and operating an on-going development and construction business.
Fausto’s life extends beyond his professional accomplishments. He is an enthusiast of combat sports, having wrestled and fought muay thai competitively, and now occasionally competing in jiu-jitsu. His other hobbies include fast cars, traveling, hunting, and reading.
A dedicated philanthropist, Fausto founded the Elena Miranda Foundation, which fundraises to help underprivileged children facing catastrophic health issues attain the medical attention they need to survive. This foundation underscores his commitment to giving back to the community and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
