From $1 million to more than $50 million. Larger or more complex requests are welcome.
How quickly can you close?+
About 60 days from LOI as standard, run inside your purchase contract. Bridge loans can close in 7–21 days when third-party reports are available. Refinances are timed to your existing loan's maturity.
Does the property have to be listed with Fausto Commercial?+
No. We finance deals on any commercial property, ours or not.
Do you charge upfront fees?+
No application or advance fees. Third-party reports are ordered only with your approval and paid directly to the provider.
Do you finance homes or owner-occupied residences?+
No. We only finance business-purpose loans to entities, secured by commercial or investment real estate.
What documents will I need?+
After your request, we send a checklist and a secure upload link. Typically: purchase contract, rent roll, T-12, budget if there's a renovation, entity documents and a schedule of real estate owned.
Does submitting a request affect my credit?+
No. We don't pull credit without your written authorization.
