Cesar Madrid Longobardi is Head of Marketing at Fausto Commercial, where he leads marketing strategy, data and reporting, and the automation of listing campaigns and client communications for a brokerage focused on industrial properties in South Florida. He brings more than ten years of experience across marketing, sales and finance at multinationals, startups and banking institutions, including ALPLA, Yummy and Bancrecer. He is also the founder of Succseed, a Revenue Operations consultancy that helps growing companies in Latin America align marketing, sales and finance around a single growth strategy. At Fausto Commercial, Cesar focuses on turning data into faster, better-targeted outreach so that every listing reaches the right owners, investors and tenants. Working in both English and Spanish, he helps connect Miami’s commercial real estate market with buyers and businesses from Latin America.
