Text Messaging Opt-In
Fausto Commercial Realty offers an opt-in text messaging service that lets callers receive property listing details by SMS after speaking with our AI phone attendant. This page describes the full opt-in process, the messages you may receive, and how to opt out.
How to opt in
- Call (786) 673-9218.
- During the call, tell our AI phone attendant that you would like to receive property information by text message.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS that reads: “Fausto Commercial: Reply YES to receive property details by text. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”
- Reply YES to confirm. We will then text you the property information you requested on the call.
If you do not reply YES, no further messages will be sent. Replying anything other than YES will not opt you in.
What messages you will receive
- One confirmation SMS asking you to reply YES.
- The property listing details you specifically requested by phone (address, price, link to view the listing online).
We do not send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited messages. We do not send a recurring stream of messages. You will only receive a text after you have verbally requested one on a call and confirmed with YES.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically 2–3 messages per opt-in request (one confirmation message plus the property details you asked for). If you do not request information on a call, you will not receive any text messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply to incoming and outgoing messages. Fausto Commercial does not charge for these messages — your wireless carrier may.
How to opt out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.
To opt back in after opting out, reply START to our number or call (786) 673-9218 and request to be re-subscribed.

Privacy & data sharing
Fausto Commercial does not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used only to deliver the texts you specifically requested during your call with us, and to honor your opt-in/opt-out preferences.
