“Fausto” founded and is the principal of Fausto Commercial, an urban-core, community-centric, innovative commercial real estate brokerage, investment and ground-up development firm.
Fausto is a native Miamian, and his love for his community reflects in the work to which he has dedicated his life. Fausto is motivated by his conviction that it is Miami’s fate to be the next Global Capital; he believes in leveraging his business as a platform for transforming communities, and adding value to the lives of its citizens.

Fausto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida, a Business Certificate degree from Universita Bocconi in Milan, a Master’s in International Real Estate from Florida International University, and the prestigious CCIM Designation. He attended Belen Jesuit Academy. Fausto is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and has a working knowledge of Russian.
He enjoys a range of hobbies including adventure travelling, boxing and athletics, sailing, car and motorcycle racing, and architecture. He is an avid reader, with an insatiable thirst for topics such as economics, history, architecture, business and philosophy.
Carlos Miranda-Brassac is a business profesisonal that applies his engineering discipline to all aspects of business. Carlos has a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Florida, with a minor in Sales and Marketing. Over his long and accomplished career, he has held top managerial positions in international corporations such as The Kellogg Co., Pillsbury, Bechtel, Arco Chemical, and Univision.
Regarding corporate manpower, he is a strong believer of what he calls the sum power of the group:

As Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing, he instills this concept into the very essence of the cultural fabric of Fausto Commercial. He is a strategic thinker. His philosophy is a simple two-step: 1. “Business is War,” and 2. “Aim high and make it happen.”
He has been a lifelong practitioner and student of martial arts. He is an avid reader with a focus on topics such as politics, government, history and current events.
Mr Enriquez is Co-Managing partner and Co-Founder of Fausto Capital.
Mr Enriquez has an illustrious over 25-year track record of leadership in global business, hailing from the highest levels of Fortune 500 multi-nationals in diverse continents such as North America, South America, Western and Eastern Europe. He comes full circle in life, returning to work in an industry and a region he has always loved: the entrepreneurially driven world of real estate investment and development. And more so, in the city he holds dear and is eager to see take on its role as Global Metropolis: Miami.
Prior to entering the Miami Real Estate world, he spent much of his career at Owens-Illinois, a $7B firm and world’s largest maker of glass containers. His last post was as VP of New Business Development for Owens-Illinois Latin America. There and in prior posts as VP in Europe and leading national units, he lead in aggressive and widespread M&A activity, finding value and negotiating the take-overs and mergers of massive national operations, and then overseeing their integration into the larger corporate fold of O-I. His sharp eye for finding value, and persistent and value-generating deal making, saw his divisions grow to be multi-billion dollar businesses and experience unprecedented yearly growth
There are certain business philosophies Mr Enriquez holds dearest. He is a results-driven businessman, with core competencies in opportunity development, solutions selling, marketing, communications, negotiations and government affairs. He believes in structuring “win-win” business deals, tenaciously pursuing creative solutions that uncover value for all parties.
Oscar has a BA in business from Portland State University, and an MBA from Indiana University.
He is fluent in Spanish and English; and conversant in Portuguese and Italian.
Mauricio Villasuso, a retired Air Force Captain, is a commercial real estate analyst and sales-associate at Fausto Commercial Realty Consultants.
Captain Villasuso’s experience in the United States Air Force began with Navigator training in the 562nd Flying Training Squadron. He then moved on to serve as a Force Support Officer in the 50th Force Support Squadron in Ellsworth AFB. His tireless efforts, professionalism, and exemplary courage contributed to the success of the mission to develop the Afghanistan National Police at a Regional Training Center and provide a stable future for the people of Afghanistan. In Ali Al Salem, he served has a Flight Commander in the 386th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron where he directed over 150 personnel.
The integrity and discipline he accumulated over his military career help him integrate the ethos for excellence into every partners experience in their real estate transactions.
Mauricio is ever-active and his competitiveness and love for adventure extends to athletics. He rock-climbs, cross-fits, and participates in a number and variety of yearly obstacle/adventure races. He also enjoys traveling, cooking and fine dinning.
Ron Sadaka is a Native Miamian and has been a prominent facilitator in the South Florida Real Estate and Finance Markets for over 25 years. He began his career developing software applications for a local real estate developer while on summer break from college. There, he discovered a fascination and love for the commercial real estate industry, as well as a talent and skill for making sure the numbers work.
Having grown up in Coral Gables, Ron received inspiration from the parents and grandparents of his friends – some of Miami’s foremost pioneers and community leaders – who shared their memories of old Miami, and shaped his vision for what the city might grow to be. He’s become a strong advocate for responsible real estate development, exploring ways to maximize investor returns, alongside a commitment to common-sense growth and historic preservation in Miami’s communities.
In recent years, The Bessemer Trust Company, Colonial Properties, Equity Realty Trust, Cole REIT, and many others have worked with Ron to close over $1 billion in commercial property sales, acquisitions, and merchant banking transactions across the United States.
Helen, a native Miamian, is describer by her colleagues as the executive glue keeping Fausto Commercial together. She is a motivated and driven individual, with an infectious enthusiasm that transmit to her team.
It is her passion to work creatively in a team in order to grow as a professional. Because she is motivated by this inner passion to succeed, she gives her all in what ever she’s doing, including making sure Fausto Commercial continues to be placed on the map as one of Miami’s leading commercial real estate firms.
Helen holds an Associates Degree in Mass Communications/Journalism and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Advertising. She is passionate about books, the written word and great music.
Born in Havana, Cuba, Wenceslao left when he was only a year old, growing up in Puerto Rico where he graduated from Academia Santa Teresita High School in 1978. He later completed an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and an Associate in Science in Banking & Finance from Miami-Dade College.
Eventually, he pursued a Double Major and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Florida International University. Over the years, Wenceslao has worked in the banking industry, where he got his start with Citizens Federal Savings & Loan and going on to work in international banks like Banque Sudameris and Dresdner Bank. In 2007, Wenceslao obtained his real estate license.
He received the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert and helped homeowners navigate the difficult waters of a successful Short Sale. Wenceslao joined the Fausto Commercial group in December 2012 and is now a focused consultant in the Multi-Family commercial sector within Little Havana and nearby areas. Wenceslao is very involved with his church, the Little Havana community via the Little Havana Merchant Alliance, and established the East Little Havana Design Preservation League. As a member of the FIU Alumni Association he serves on the board of the Real Estate Alumni and Affinity Council. He is married and has three children.
Brenda Betancourt has been a foremost leader in the Miami real estate, government, organizational and financial circuits for over 15 years.
Brenda was born in Honduras, graduated from Miami Senior High School and received a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
She has accumulated substantial skill and knowledge while consulting financial institutions and private owners, specifically in multifamily, residential and land development.
She has worked in lobbying, specifically between Financial Institutions, the Miami-Dade County, and several neighboring cities, and working with such clients as Special Asset Services & Related ISG International Realty, Bank United, Republic Federal Bank, Premier American Bank and Banco Popular of Puerto Rico to name a few.
Brenda is proud to say her family is her true motivation and drive.
Diego Tejera, is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate sales and management. With over sixteen years of sales experience, Mr. Tejera is a wonderful asset to the Fausto Commercial team. He earned a Bachelors in International Relations and a Masters of Science in International Real Estate, both from Florida International University.
Over his extensive career as a Sales Director for DVT Group, Tejera trained and managed a large sales force of people. Which included growing large territories throughout the State of Florida and California.
He has traveled throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe. Diego is an avid reader and boating enthusiast who speaks fluent English, Spanish and conversational Portuguese.
Ruben Gonzalez was born, raised, and educated here in Miami, Florida. Graduating from Belen and Florida International University he studied political science, economics, and finance. Real Estate is his passion and his goal is to help grow the city of Miami and utilize it to grow the wealth of his clients alongside it. "Miami is a fantastic city and I see no reason why we shouldn't be known as one of the elite central hubs of the world." Larry is a proud Miami Native. He is a grad of Coral Gables High. Larry comes with an extensive real estate background, having worked in property management and acquisitions for the WWREPM Group. Kurt Sager, is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate sales and management. With over Fourteen years of sales experience, Mr. Sager is a wonderful asset to the Fausto Commercial team. He earned a Bachelors in Business Administration, from the University of Central Florida.
Over his extensive career as a Sales Manager, Mr. Sager has trained and managed a large and highly productive sales force. This included growing large territories throughout the Southern Eastern region of the United States.
Andy Charry was raised in Miami, and has lived in South America and Washington DC. Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, Marketing and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Florida International University. Andy worked in advertising before he left the industry to pursue his passion for real estate. Before joining Fausto Commercial, Mr. Charry worked at Marcus & Millichap for several years and FIP Realty.
Andy’s experience in commercial real estate investment sales is diverse, with a heavy concentration in emerging markets, urban retail, multi-tenant retail, land development and single tenant net leased assets and multi-family properties. He has an uncommon ability to communicate an investment strategy, and to help buyers see the value in these assets despite their challenges. This skill has allowed Andy to successfully close for his client’s on multiple properties.
Andy prides himself on putting his clients' agendas before his own. He is committed to a higher professional ethical code which emphasizes honesty, integrity, and excellence in service.
Vanessa Saba was born in Colombia and has been in the USA for more than 20 yrs. She is a Florida International University graduate with a dual degree in International Business and Management. In addition to Real Estate, she also holds Mortgage Originator license in Florida.
For her, Real Estate is more than just a business, it is a way to give back to the community through knowledge and advisement by helping her clients make the right decision based on their needs.
