This past week Fausto Commercial organized a tour of Little Havana. Guests included Local investors, property owners, residents, and real estate professionals all gathered to learn about this exciting community and study how creatively applying business can be used for generating wealth while solving social challenges and evolving great communities.
It was an honor to share our vision of Little Havana, and bring new people to join or movement in crafting this exciting neighborhood.
The event itself was sold out in under a week.
This was a joint project with the FIU Real Estate Alumni Affinity Council, and generously co-sponsored by Fausto Commercial, Continental National Bank, and Astor Development.
