There and in prior posts as VP in Europe and leading national units, he lead in aggressive and widespread M&A activity, finding value and negotiating the take-overs and mergers of massive national operations, and then overseeing their integration into the larger corporate fold of O-I. His sharp eye for finding value, and persistent and value-generating deal making, saw his divisions grow to be multi-billion dollar businesses and experience unprecedented yearly growth
There are certain business philosophies Mr Enriquez holds dearest. He is a results-driven businessman, with core competencies in opportunity development, solutions selling, marketing, communications, negotiations and government affairs. He believes in structuring “win-win” business deals, tenaciously pursuing creative solutions that uncover value for all parties.
