CARLOS FAUSTO MIRANDA


“Fausto” founded and is the principal of Fausto Commercial, an urban-core, community-centric, innovative commercial real estate brokerage, investment and ground-up development firm. Fausto is a native Miamian, and his love for his community reflects in the work to which he has dedicated his life. Fausto is motivated by his conviction that it is Miami’s fate to be the next Global Capital; he believes in leveraging his business as a platform for transforming communities, and adding value to the lives of its citizens. “It is our generation’s duty to honor and build on the hard work of previous generations. We must lead in guiding the city’s realization of its fate as the next Global Economic and Lifestyle Capital.” Fausto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida, a Business Certificate degree from Universita Bocconi in Milan, a Master’s in International Real Estate from Florida International University, and the prestigious CCIM Designation. He attended Belen Jesuit Academy. Fausto is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and has a working knowledge of Russian. He enjoys a range of hobbies including adventure travelling, boxing and athletics, sailing, car and motorcycle racing, and architecture. He is an avid reader, with an insatiable thirst for topics such as economics, history, architecture, business and philosophy.
